Why are your prices so much lower than other business phone/VoIP providers? What’s the catch?

No catch! We keep our prices and overhead low around here at Pig Voice. No Ferraris sitting in our parking lot.

How long does it take to start using Pig Voice, and are there any interruptions in service?

You can start using Pig Voice as soon as today! You shouldn’t notice any interruptions. This applies both to phone numbers we provide to you as well as any numbers that you want “ported” over to Pig Voice.

Can I use a toll-free phone number?

Yes, you can use your current toll-free number or we have plenty for you to choose from. Please see our extremely competitive toll-free pricing.

How many phone numbers can I use?

Most of our customers want just one main phone number for their business with multiple extensions, although some larger businesses have the need for more. Here is the breakdown: 1-4 Users = 1 phone number included 5-9 Users = Up to 2 phone numbers included 10-19 Users = Up to 3 phone numbers included 20+ Users = Up to 5 phone numbers included Each additional phone number is just $3/month.

Can I use my current IP desk phones with Pig Voice?

More than likely yes, but we can only provide phone support for the models (link to “phones and devices” page) we carry in-stock. Please give our customer care line a call at (888) 968-5001.

What internet speed do I need?

Technically, each phone uses only about 1/10 of a megabyte (Mbps). Most broadband internet companies now offer 100 Mbps so you shouldn’t have a problem. However, we recommend a minimum 20/5 internet connection.

How well do you take care of your customers?

Are there any “hidden fees”?

With Pig Voice, there are no hidden fees. Just normal governmental taxes and fees based on the location of your business.

What is a “User”?

A User is the same as an “extension” or “line”. Most of our customers have one extension per employee.

Can I use my existing phone numbers?

Yes!

How long are your contracts?

Call us old-fashioned, but we think your business should be earned month after month. This is why we offer month-to-month agreements. If we continue to offer low prices, rich features and unmatched customer care, we really have no need for long-term contracts. We do offer annual pricing discounts if you already have a warm, fuzzy feeling about us. This saves us time and money, and we pass these saving down to you.

Do I need to purchase IP desk phones?

More and more business owners are simply having their employees work remotely through the use of our Mobile App on their mobile phones as well as our Desktop App. However, we offer enormous discounts to our customers if they would like to purchase IP phones (link to “phones and devices” page) for their physical offices. These phones can be used anywhere there is an ethernet internet connection.

How reliable is Pig Voice?

Extremely. Multiple data centers in multiple locations across North America equates to over 99% reliability.

What happens if I lose my internet connection?

You can have calls automatically forwarded to your mobile phone through our Mobile App. You can also manually forward calls to any U.S. number. Ask us how to improve the reliability of your internet.

Do you support non-profit organizations?

A considerable portion of our profits are donated to help those in need. We support and value various non-profits around the world.
